In Phaze Electric Inc. has rewired roughly 40 aluminum wired homes in the Orlando and Central Florida area since the start of business in 09′. As the owner of In Phaze Electric Inc., I have personally rewired some 100 homes spread around the country from Colorado, Arkansas and now Florida. Our staff is well educated and understands the planning and skill that an electrician must have when completing an electrical rewire.

We have seen many situations just like the pictures shown above. Every aluminum wired home we rewire we find something similar to what you see here.
It is important to know the procedures that an electrical contractor intends to take before you hand them the keys to your home. There are many questions to have answered to assure that you are comparing apples to apples when comparing estimates from an electrical contractor to rewire your home.
When hiring a contractor, think about the following:
Is the electrician licensed, insured and bonded?
Is the electrical contractor reputable and honest?
Does the company have experience in residential rewiring?
How much damage will the electrical contractor create?
Is the company reasonable?
What is the time-frame to complete the rewire?
Do the electricians know the code?
Can the electrical contractor coordinate with other contractors?
Do you feel comfortable and informed at the time of the electrical rewire estimate?
By asking yourself these questions you might save yourself many headaches that can be created during a residential wiring and construction process that takes place when rewiring a home.
