• Any project that takes longer than one hour will be quoted an overall flat rate or be priced per half hour.

Flat rates are meant to provide the customer some estimate of cost for the overall project. As mentioned, we do provide free estimates in person. However, we cannot give an estimate for projects that require troubleshooting. 90% of the time we can solve and fix your problem within one hour. Many times we can solve your problem right over the phone at no cost at all.
